Redicare Mobile Health Service is a mobile urgent care and telehealth service. We provide medical care by virtual visits you can access on your smart phone, tablet or personal computer from a location of your choosing or in person by evaluation at your home, office or other convenient location.
Continue to check with us as we add major insurers in the future. Cash is due at the time of service. You will receive a receipt for services rendered to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We accept payments by cash and accept all major credit cards. Payments are collected at the time of visit.
You are responsible for paying the visit fee of $150 for your evaluation. If it is determined you need additional testing or treatments, an estimate sheet will be completed for you to review and sign before additional services are rendered.

We currently serve Montgomery, Frederick and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland. Services to District of Columbia, Virginia and North Carolina to be announced soon. We will travel outside of our coverage area for an additional fee as listed under our Services section.
You will see a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner during your medical visit. Both are highly trained, board certified medical professionals licensed to provide care in your state. We practice using a team-based approach and have a quality review and improvement process overseen by the medical director.
A Telehealth visit is best for low acuity issues such as upper respiratory infection, ear infection, sore throat, pink eye, cough, urinary tract infection, medication refills, rash. Moderate acuity issues such as wounds, injuries, wheezing, STD examination, abdominal pain, headache should be seen in person as these issues require more extensive examination.
We do not treat severe conditions that may be life-threatening if not evaluated promptly in an emergency room or urgent care facility such as chest pain, severe abdominal pain, dizziness, unusual headache, severe injuries. You will be directed to the emergency room for care if you request an appointment for one of these conditions. Should you have an in-person visit and it is determined your condition requires emergent evaluation you will be directed to the nearest ER by safest route – personal vehicle or ambulance. You will be responsible for the visit fee.
No. The cost of the telehealth visit will be deducted from the house call fee.
After requesting an appointment it may take a few hours for a provider to reach your location due to factors such as traffic and the amount of patients scheduled on a given day. You will receive an ETA via phone call once your appointment is confirmed.
Find a safe, quiet, private location in preparation for your visit. Your chosen space should be adequate for exam. If you have pets, please put them in a secure location before the provider arrives.
If you need non-emergent blood work not provided by Redicare or medical imaging a request will be sent to the lab or radiology center electronically or you will be handed an order form to take with you to your scheduled visit. You will be contacted when your results come available. You are responsible for providing your insurance information for coverage of these services as Redicare does not cover the cost of lab work or imaging studies.
If you would like COVID-19 testing only without an exam the fee is $50. This option is available for asymptomatic persons needing testing for work, return to work, travel or for one needing to know their status prior to group functions. Your sample will be taken to the lab for analysis at which point you will receive results in 3-5 business days. You are responsible for providing your insurance information for submission to the lab to have your lab fees covered. If you do not provide your insurance information, you will receive a bill from the lab for the full fee of running the test. If you are symptomatic, you will require an in-person visit with the addition of COVID-19 test as an add-on service and responsible for house call visit fees and protocols.
