You will receive an email and/or text message to complete patient registration forms prior to your scheduled visit. You will also receive a link to access your visit 15 minutes prior to your scheduled telehealth appointment. You may access your appointment from any convenient location of your choosing.

After your visit
After your visit, your prescription will be sent to your local pharmacy electronically. Visit information may be sent to your primary care provider (PCP) upon request. You can access your visit information through your patient portal after accepting the email invite sent to you for access.
